Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
